Leadership Coaching for Managers

Leadership coaching for managers:

Educating managers to achieve a cohesive and equitable culture is at the heart of everything I do.

In my leadership development consulting services, I help managers identify their strengths and areas for growth. We use that knowledge as the catalyst for behavioral change. In pairing behavioral methodology with foundational management concepts and inclusion education, as well as emotional intelligence insights, clients will complete training with a higher aptitude for understanding themselves and others. At the end of my leadership coaching service, I frequently see managers who are confident in their strengths and quick to utilize them for the betterment of the company culture.

All coachees commence with my 15-session series which includes three segment themes:

  • A Communicative Approach to Increasing Effective Management, Sessions 1-5

  • Self-Evaluation to Maximize Purposeful Communication, Sessions 6-10

  • Leadership Theory, Ethics, and Cultivating Change, Sessions 11-15

Throughout all 15 leadership training sessions, I educate managers to achieve a cohesive and equitable culture within their companies.

A core differentiator in my 1:1 offering is my philosophy that education fuels behavioral change. I pair coaching tactics with academic concepts that are rooted in empirical data. Individuals receive not only highly personalized leadership consulting, but they learn the fundamentals and nuances of leadership methodology. This knowledge enables intentional and strong management practices for years to come.

100% of my coachees say that they’re still putting new skills to use 6 months after concluding sessions.

I believe that truly cohesive teams derive from truly inclusive teams. Another notable differentiator for my leadership coaching for managers is how I incorporate DEI education into coaching sessions. DEI stands for diversity, equity, and inclusion—three tenets that have proven to be crucial in fostering an emotionally healthy, psychologically safe workspace.

The most cohesive teams foster psychological safety, which is a core tenet of employee engagement, and occurs when there is trust among team members. It is unlikely that trust will be established if unconscious bias governs the team. It is also highly unlikely that workgroup members will feel psychologically safe if there is rampant prejudice. If managers are taught to lead equitably, cohesion will naturally follow suit.

I incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion education into all components of leadership coaching for managers. This process includes tackling unconscious biases and replacing them with inclusive leadership and management practices. The end result of my leadership training service is a workplace that includes and uplifts individuals from all walks of life.
