Understanding inclusion is an integral part of leadership development. Employee engagement derives from inclusive teams and employee engagement increases performance, a popular outcome.

Inclusive behaviors are at the crux of effective communication and belonging, two components essential for effective management. I offer sessions specifically about how to increase inclusion and decrease unconscious bias within teams.

Women’s equality — and equality for all underrepresented groups — begins with organizational policy. It is the organizations for which men and women work that have the ability to amplify women’s voices and recreate the looks of Corporate America.

There are clear answers as to why inequities persist, both in the workplace and elsewhere. Through my Women’s Equity programming I help individuals within organizations recognize psychological conditioning, biological variance, and organizational trends. I empower women with the knowledge necessary to healthfully challenge bias and provide men with the tools to advocate for their female counterparts.
